“As you know, I was in an automobile accident. I broke my neck, herniated six discs and had extensive nerve and soft tissue damage. For the first two years following my accident I went to bed almost every night in so much pain, I prayed I would not wake up in the morning.
I had some of the best care the motion picture industry had to offer. I had a good orthopedic doctor, a nerve specialist, and some of the best physical therapy in California. I went to a pain center for head and neck injuries, not to mention a TMJ specialist. Two and a half years later, my body was still riddled with pain. The pain directly affected my moods; I was impossible to be around. Then I started seeing you.
My hands and legs still go numb, however the pain I used to experience when that happens is

I went to see this new doctor who also sent me to a lab for blood and urine tests. He said the tests showed that I was suffering from connective joint disease. He prescribed drugs which were upsetting to my stomach and caused darkening of the stools. I told him I didn’t want to continue with this medication and he agreed, stating that it could also cause kidney damage.
A friend of mine recommended that I see Dr. Thomas Lee. He suggested treatment with acupuncture, massage, heat, and oriental herbs. I have for the first time, noticed a reduction of pain and stiffness. I am very pleased with the results and very pleased that I no

I was in bad shape when I met Dr. Lee. I noticed that he seemed confident and that he knew what he was doing. That was reassuring to me. After a few sessions of acupuncture I could breathe normally again. My asthma never came back.
A few years later, I had a high temperature for one week. I went through all sorts of tests. I was told I had a urinary infection with E. coli. I was supposed to take antibiotics for 14 days. I have friends who did this antibiotic treatments and their kidneys

I had complained to a local doctor of the dizziness and he gave me a prescription that left me feeling sleepy, yet did not eliminate the dizziness. Several months later my menstrual cycle became erratic. My body did not seem to signal the time of cessation. It became an effort to hold myself erect and there was an ongoing feeling of discomfort in my pelvic and abdominal area all the time. My normal sleeping patterns were disturbed and when I did sleep, it was a restless and fitful few hours.
A local doctor had suggested that I have a D&C in an effort to regulate my bleeding and if that proved ineffective, a hysterectomy would be recommended. No cysts or tumors had been detected.

When it got to the point that I would cry from the pain, I went to see my primary physician. According to my medical plan’s structure, he referred me to a neurologist. This doctor did some tests and gave me a diagnosis but recommended against surgery. So, back to my primary physician who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. This doctor confirm the neurologist decision and said I needed surgery, but it was too difficult for him because of scar tissue that was already present. So, he referred me to a hand surgeon. This doctor said the other two doctors’ diagnoses were wrong and yes, he could do the surgery but it would leave me crippled, severely disfigured, might not work at all and, in
